Lead a dynamic national service sales strategy targeting revenue and growth goals
Guide and mentor a high-performing team of service professionals to exceed sales objectives
Cultivate robust relationships with key clients in pumps and blower markets, ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing their unique needs
Drive new business initiatives, collaborating with the service sales team to secure active service contracts and promote OTTO condition monitoring units
Revamp compnay service approach, incorporating advanced technology for swift and customer-focused outcomes
Communicate the company's comprehensive service offerings, including maintenance and repair of pumps and blowers, to potential clients
Enhance the sales process for efficiency, customer-centricity, and responsiveness to evolving market demands

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role, preferably in an engineering environment
Proficiency in utilizing Pastel Partner or SAGE X3
Experience in strategic service sales management
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Background in managing imports and exports

Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or;
B Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Millwright or Electrical trade
