Key Responsibilities

  • Safety Leadership: Actively engage in on-site safety assessments, ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • People and Performance: Uphold company values, manage team performance, and oversee recruitment and onboarding.
  • Operational Excellence: Guarantee quality and timeliness in service delivery, oversee maintenance planning, and handle day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with customers, identify potential risks, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Contractor Management: Ensure all contractors and subcontractors adhere to company and customer requirements.
  • Service Delivery: Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures, schedule plant maintenance, and oversee day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
  • Trade certificate in electrical or mechanical fields.
  • 3 years of management or leading hand experience.
  • Proficient in Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving and administrative skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships across the business.

  • Proven leadership experience and financial management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
