Our client in the Automotive industry is seeking the services of a dynamic Service Manager

Minimum requirements:

  • 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a Service Management role within the Automotive Industry
  • Minimum qualification of Matric
  • Additional related courses and / or qualifications in the motor industry will be an advantage
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding
  • Dynamic individual with a strong drive to excel in achieving company performance and customerxe2x80x99s satisfaction goals
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Work well in a multifunctional and multicultural team.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Valid drivers license
  • No criminal record
Skills required:
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Delegation skills
Duties will include:
  • Fostering good customer relationships
  • Managing staff
  • Commitment to training staff to maintain individual and organisational goals
