Job Description
Our client in the Automotive industry is seeking the services of a dynamic Service Manager

Minimum requirements:
- 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a Service Management role within the Automotive Industry
- Minimum qualification of Matric
- Additional related courses and / or qualifications in the motor industry will be an advantage
- Good technical knowledge and understanding
- Dynamic individual with a strong drive to excel in achieving company performance and customerxe2x80x99s satisfaction goals
- Must work well under pressure
- Work well in a multifunctional and multicultural team.
- Must be computer literate.
- Valid drivers license
- No criminal record
- Excellent people management skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Delegation skills
- Fostering good customer relationships
- Managing staff
- Commitment to training staff to maintain individual and organisational goals
