5* Game Lodge in Greater Kruger is looking for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will work closely with the Lodge Management team to ensure they provide their guests with a world-class experience. The Service Manager oversees the Butler and Service Team. You will be accountable for leading the service team.
- Ensuring a world-class culinary experience for our guests.
- Providing world-class service to our guests.
- Leading the Service team.
- Ensuring all service requirements and standards are being met.
- Upholding and maintaining the best practice and service level agreements.
- Keeping up to date with the service trends.
- Upholding the Thornybush brand and overall operational standards.
- All operations and administrative requirements for the Service Manager and team.
- Food and Beverage Management Certificate will be an advantage
- No less than 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a Service Role.
- No less than 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in managing a team.
- They must have a good understanding of food and beverage.
- They must understand 5* service.
- They need to have a proven track record of successfully managing a team.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Able to operate the front and back end of Point-of-Sale systems
- Able to operate Nebular
- Computer literate: Email / MS Word & Excel / Power Point
- Driverxe2x80x99s license will be an advantage
- Passionate about what they are do.
- Love the bush and hospitality.
- Excellent rapport with Guests.
- Understand how to spoil and delight guests.
- Permanent position
- Onsite accommodation
- Work Cycle 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
