Achievement of budget and maintaining productivity levels Effective control of expenses Warranty management to targets set Achievement of daily Service Operations "KPI's" Effective relationships with internal and external customers Key account service issues management

Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability (includes management of HR value chain) Team development, cohesion and motivation, Implementation of team performance ownership program and IDP's Effective self-management and performance ownership Productive vehicle management Safety management of the section

Qualification, Experience and Competencies



Qualified earthmoving mechanic, Diesel Mechanic or Mechanical Engineering qualification Must have at least 5 years supervisory experience Must have extensive knowledge of service financial figures Warranty understanding and application thereof critical Understanding of product problem management and impact thereof People management skills, Ability to manage extremely stressed environment * Meeting deadlines and target dates essential
