Rayton Managed IT is looking for a skilled and motivated
L2 Support Engineer
to join our high-performance technical team. The ideal candidate must work well under pressure, operate at a fast pace, and demonstrate excellent communication skills -- both with clients and within the team.Key requirements:
Strong experience with
Microsoft Azure
services and infrastructure In-depth knowledge ofFortiGate firewalls
and general firewall/network security Solid understanding ofnetworking
, including routing, switching, and VPNs Proficient inMicrosoft 365
and theExchange Admin Center
Must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally across all levelsYou'll be responsible for handling escalated issues, supporting infrastructure projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R20000,00 - R35000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
