DUTIES:
Manage Campaigns Manage Technician staff Planning workshop and Filed services jobs Client liaison Oversee workshop Vehicle fleet Manage SHEQ _ workshop environment Manage warranty process Assisting with all technical queries Manage Contractors and vendors for service department Manage WIP Assist workshops debtor queries
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must be qualified Earthmoving Mechanic with at least 5 years of experience Good verbal and written communication skills Good management planning & people skills Applicants must have a sound knowledge of: + Warranty Policies and procedures.
+ Disciplinary procedure
+ Safety regulations, technical requirements
+ Environmental regulations
+ Industrial relations
+ HR procedures
+ Administration procedures
+ SAP system
+ Must be Computer Literate
