- 5+ years' experience with hydro plant machinery.
- Strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Master's degree or MBA (advantageous).
- Experience in Non-Destructive Testing/Quality Assurance.
- Proven ability to deliver technical service and customer support.
- Expertise in manufacturing, field service, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of on-site machining (a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Act as the go-to product and process specialist for customers and internal teams.
- Diagnose, maintain, repair, and upgrade hydroelectric equipment.
- Lead and support new product introductions and application development.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Manage on-site projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
