We are looking for a young, energetic, and vibrant
Afrikaans-speaking intern
to join our Service Desk team. This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about IT support, eager to learn, and ready to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Log, track, and update support tickets accurately and timeously
Assist with troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network issues
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technicians when necessary
Deliver excellent customer service in both
Afrikaans and English
Assist the Service Desk team with daily operational tasks
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude at all times
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
An interest in IT support or a related field (IT qualification or current study is an advantage but not required unless you want it)
Fluent in
Afrikaans
(written and spoken)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow within a support environment
Basic computer literacy
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: R9000,00 - R10000,00 per month
