Job Summary Responsibilities xc2xb7 Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors
Design end-to-end experience journeys that meet customer needs and business goals
Write user stories and acceptance criteria to inform product development
Design and plan user testing to validate design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business and technical requirements
Develop and maintain design documentation and design systems
Enable and coach teams on the practice of service design
Requirements Skills: xc2xb7 Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
Experience with user research methods and analysis
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
