The Service Management Excellence team is globally responsible for service transition, service delivery, continual improvement, data quality and reporting, and process governance. As part of the Digital Technology Group, the team plays a critical role in enabling and sustaining digital services across the organisation.
By embedding robust service management practices, the team ensures that new services are transitioned smoothly into operation, support structures are clearly defined, and performance is measured and improved over time. This foundation of operational excellence underpins the reliability and effectiveness of digital tools and platforms, helping to enhance the experience of both internal users and external clients.
Through practices such as service level management, knowledge management, and problem and incident coordination, the team supports the delivery of consistent, high-quality service. Their work not only ensures that digital services are resilient and responsive but also drives continuous improvement and alignment with strategic business goals.

This role focuses on service design, transition, and governance--ensuring new services are user-centred, effectively transitioned, and continuously improved. Expect a dynamic day collaborating with global stakeholders, refining service design, managing transitions, and driving continual improvement.
Service Design and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, developing service design packages, ensuring services are user-centred, and continuously improving service design processes.
Service Transition and planning and coordinating activities required to transition services from development to production and overseeing knowledge management.
