Job Description
Our client, a global leader and supplier of mining and construction equipment and tools, is currently in search of a service contract manager to join their team. The selected candidate will offer technical support in Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance, ensuring the upkeep and enhancement of machinery and equipment to enhance or sustain optimal levels of reliability, availability, cost-efficiency, performance, customer relations, and teamwork.Responsibilities:
- Plan, prioritize, and schedule team activities for effective resource utilization and meeting targets.
- Monitor sales and service operations to identify and address problem areas, adapting procedures as necessary.
- Collaborate with functional area managers to integrate sales and service activities with other business functions and align them with current and future sales and marketing strategies.
- Oversee complex contracts to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop contract management professionals to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Section 13 Trade Certificate Millwright
- Proof of Training / Modules/POE/Proof of apprenticeship
- Basic Computer literacy, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must have Flameproof
- Must have Gas Testing
- Relevant mining experience (5 years)
- Underground mining environment in the production section
