SERVICE CENTRE ADMINISTRATOR

(5-MONTH CONTRACT POSITION)

LOCATION: Centurion, Gauteng

Gabler Medical (Pty) Ltd is a leading provider of medical and surgical devices in South Africa. We are committed to delivering the highest quality products and services to our clients. We are seeking a self-sufficient, customer service focused operational support administrator to assist our team while a member of staff is on maternity leave.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage reception

Support Service Centre

Stock Management

Facility Management

Provide support to sales representatives

Customer Servicing administration

Fill in for the Medical Administrator as and when required

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Available immediately

Grade 12

Minimum 2 years relevant work experience

Healthcare goods and equipment supply experience advantageous

Strong administration skills, along with IT literacy in Excel and data

Assertive

Ability to work independently (executes without follow-up)

Self-sufficient (addresses all requests & clarifies if necessary)

Diligent

Ability to pay close attention to detail (ensuring accuracy of data in SAGE)

Good report writing skills (ability to escalate issues of non-compliance to Management)

Clear communicator (both verbal and in written)

Good interpersonal skills
