JOB PURPOSE


Administration of all Services and Maintenance

Key performance areas


Machine uptime

Ensure technicians are sensitized to SLA status
Maintenance Administration and Planning

Maintaining and tracking assets, its maintenance and state. Upkeep of System data relating to service and maintenance, planning and processing of job cards, breakdowns and service bulletins.
Service Stockholding

Transacting and control of maintenance stock.
Customer Service

CSI Query management
Procurement

Requisitions Supplier communication

JOB DESCRIPTION



The Service and Maintenance Administrator is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities



Machine Availability

1. Ensure technicians are updated in terms of SLA status and assist with planning to avoid SLA breach.

Maintenance Administration and Planning

1. Update comments on breakdowns at least every day.

2. Filing of machine documentation and attaching to system.

3. Counter updates

4. Monitor and correct maintenance cycle problems.

5. Merge Maintenance Projects.

6. Plan Job cards.

7. Distribute Job card data.

8. Record Items, hours, counter and requisitions per job card.

9. Update job card status.

10. Initiate and process Requisitions and PO's based requirement.

11. Scan and attach service documents to system (Load Test etc.)

12. Reporting (Internal) as designated.

13. Initiate and follow up on Exchange (Rental) tasks.

14. Book and confirm S&T for technicians if applicable.

Service Stockholding

1. Order spares as per minimum stock levels.

2. Receiving of all spares and relevant documentation.

3. Monthly stock-take administration.

4. Ordering and Issue of PPE

Customer Service

1. Standby after hours

2. Query Management

1. Net promoter score

Procurement

1. Communicate PO Numbers with Suppliers.

2. Follow up urgent orders and payment.

3. Filing of procurement function documentation.
