Job Title: Service Ambassador
Location: Customer Service Department
Job Summary:
The Service Ambassador will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience. This individual will serve as the face of the company and act as a liaison between customers and other departments within the organization. The Service Ambassador will work to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining a positive attitude and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
Provide product information and assistance to customers
Communicate effectively with other departments to address customer needs
Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to enhance the customer experience
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
