SERVICE ADVISOR WANTED
Job description:
Primary contact for our valued customers.
Greeting customers and advise them on their service needs.
Provide accurate estimates for vehicle repairs over counter and over telephone.
Schedule appointments and do follow up calls.
Coordinate with the workshop and communicate with customers throughout the service process.
Handling payments, invoicing and do follow ups for warranty payments.
Meet sales targets.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the automotive service or a related field preferred.
The ability to solve problems.
Basic computer skills.
Need to be able to speak Afrikaans and English.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
