Your role will be to strive to provide customers with professional service experiences whilst ensuring adequate communication between customers, parts and service departments in achieving customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for the arrival of the customer.
- Taking care of customer at initial consultation upon arrival.
- Ensure accurate Warranty and Motor plan details on system.
- Update Dealer Management System, track all vehicles and update control systems.
- Liaise with customers on a regular basis throughout service.
- Ensure accurate invoice payments.
- Vehicle hand over.
- Customer follow - up and reminders.
- The incumbent should display a "passion for dealing with people" and should continuously strive to promote a professional business image.
- The incumbent must assist fellow employees wherever possible and promote the services and products that the business has to offer.
- The incumbent should offer the Customer an overall service experience which exceeds his/her expectations.
- Minimum 2 years' Service Advisor experience in an Automotive Dealership.
- Computer literate (Office Suite).
- Driver's license, own transport.
- Completed Certificated Service Advisor Training would be advantageous.
