POSITION
Service Administrator | Location: Durban for KZN Region| Reporting to: Service
Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
2-3 Years in a similar role, ideally in a customer focused environment
Technical aptitude and knowledge of catering equipment would be an advantage
Has in depth knowledge of food service equipment.
Knowledge of Syspro and MS applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and recording all work entering and exiting the Service Department.
Liaise with existing and new customers
To deal with customers on a one-on-one basis with regards to service-related jobs.
To work together with the service manager as to ensure work is completed on time and work delegated according to priority for the most productive results.
To make sure all job cards are processed and recorded then allocated to the correct service technician.
Invoicing and collection of payment after completed work as per the company process.
To follow up on repairs completed for quality standards.
Make sure that client's parts are ordered should there not be stock available immediately.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
