SEO Specialist
About the Role
Pronto Pilates is redefining boutique fitness with premium, on-screen Pilates classes delivered in beautifully designed self-service studios. Open from 5:15am until late, our global network of studios offers convenience, quality, and community at an unbeatable price point. With rapid international growth, we're seeking a savvy SEO Specialist to ensure our brand ranks where it matters most.
This role contributes to meeting our marketing team's studio launch KPIs:

• 100+ launch party attendees
• 300+ founding members at launch
• 480 members within 6 months

This is a critical role that will own the organic visibility of our brand across all digital properties and studio locations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven multi-location SEO experience and a passion for driving growth through search.
Key Responsibilities of this role: SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement a scalable SEO strategy for Pronto's websites and local studio pages
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting to inform strategy
• Lead technical SEO audits and implement improvements in collaboration with our development team

Local SEO Management

• Optimize and manage all Google Business Listings to maximise local visibility, engagement, and conversion
• Maintain NAP consistency and leverage location-based features to boost rankings

Backlink Building & Outreach

• Build and manage a backlink acquisition strategy to increase domain authority and studio-specific performance
• Research and secure relevant backlinks through partnerships, digital PR, and content outreach

Reporting & Optimisation

• Monitor organic search performance across all regions and report key insights to stakeholders
• Identify and act on new opportunities in response to algorithm updates, search trends, and local performance data

To secure an interview, you should possess the following:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, with strong local/multi-location SEO credentials
• Proficient in SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, SEMrush, Ahrefs
• Demonstrated success in link building through outreach and digital PR
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and initiative

• Familiarity with international SEO and localisation strategies
