Role Overview

As an SEO Specialist at MindPath, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our online visibility, improve website rankings, and drive qualified traffic that converts into patients. You will also take the lead on building our content strategy, including the launch of our blog and our upcoming YouTube podcast initiative, ensuring both align with SEO and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with MindPath's growth objectives. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization. Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and technical SEO. Monitor, track, and report on SEO performance metrics (rankings, CTR, conversions). Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly articles, landing pages, and blog posts. Lead the blog strategy: plan topics, keywords, and content calendar. Define and implement the YouTube & podcast strategy, ensuring visibility, discoverability, and alignment with SEO best practices. Manage local SEO, including Google Business Profile, maps listings, and reviews. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices. Identify opportunities for growth in both organic search and geo-local optimization.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.). Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager. Knowledge of local SEO and geo-targeting strategies. Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in healthcare, clinics, or related industries. Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). Experience with content strategy for blogs, YouTube, or podcasts. Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) as a plus.
