Working independently or with a team to plan and implement ongoing SEO strategies designed to improve client website performance & meet their business objectives
Auditing client websites to ensure adherence to SEO best practice from both a content and technical perspective
Identifying the key technical flaws of a website and collaborating with clients & developers on appropriate solutions
Using SEO-focused tools to uncover opportunities
Intent-led keyword research and mapping
Undertaking thorough analysis of client websites and competitor data to identify opportunities
Creating well-researched, user-focused content
Researching and contacting potential link opportunities to benefit the client site
Producing and presenting reports detailing campaign performance
Managing the workflow and relationships of your own portfolio of clients
Developing trust and rapport with clients through regular reporting, phone calls, meetings and video conferencing
About you
A passion for SEO, digital marketing and learning
Commercially minded. Able to identify key opportunities for both clients and The SEO Works
Some relevant experience with digital marketing, ideally in SEO
Understanding of the key elements of SEO
Fantastic copywriting skills
Able to identify key technical issues with a website
Able to use Google Analytics and Search Console (or equivalent)
Able to manage own time
Comfortable working independently or within a team
A proactive, positive attitude
