The team is small, senior, and execution driven. You'll work closely with decision makers, have real ownership over growth levers, and the freedom to test ideas quickly without layers of process.

About the Role

We're hiring a SaaS growth marketer who knows how to use SEO as a growth lever. You should be curious by default, opinionated about strategy, and constantly testing new ways to win organic distribution.

This role owns organic growth end to end: content strategy, execution, link acquisition, and affiliate partnerships. You'll write some of the pieces that matter, scale the rest through writers, and experiment with new tactics before they become "best practices".

If you follow algorithm updates, study competitors obsessively, and enjoy finding angles others miss, you'll do well here!

What You'll Do

Organic Growth Strategy

Design and iterate on an SEO growth strategy tied to signups and revenue Identify opportunities others overlook: emerging queries, comparison gaps, distribution angles, partnerships Continuously test and refine content, links, and positioning based on performance

Content (Hybrid Execution)

Write high leverage content yourself where quality and insight matter most Create sharp briefs and manage writers to scale output without losing edge Build and maintain content clusters, internal linking systems, and refresh cycles Turn insights, opinions, and experiments into content that actually ranks and converts

Link Building

Run proactive, creative link acquisition campaigns Experiment with new link angles and partnership driven distribution Build repeatable systems, not one off outreach Measure impact on rankings and organic performance, not just link count

Affiliate and Partnerships

Grow the affiliate channel as a real acquisition lever Recruit partners who already influence your search landscape Optimize offers, positioning, and assets to increase partner performance Look for overlap between SEO, content, and partnerships

Staying Ahead

Track algorithm shifts, SERP changes, and competitive moves Test new tools, workflows, and distribution tactics Share insights and recommendations clearly with the team

What We're Looking For

3+ years driving organic growth for a SaaS or digital product Proof you've grown SEO traffic and conversions through strategy, not volume Hands on experience with link building and partnerships Experience scaling content without sacrificing quality Strong writing instincts and sharp editorial judgment Curious, analytical, and comfortable challenging assumptions.
