Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in bespoke luxury travel, safari planning, or high-end client service

• Extensive knowledge of African destinations, particularly Southern and East Africa

br

• Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients

br

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for hospitality and service excellence

br

• Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho or similar), itinerary builders (e.g., WETU, Safari Portal), and Microsoft Office

br

• Valid passport and driver's licence

br

• Reliable internet connection for hybrid working

• Balance creativity, experience, and budget to craft exceptional travel experiences

• Cultivate strong partnerships with lodges, guides, and service providers
