The Senior Voice and Data Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions across voice, data, and ICT products. This role requires a professional who excels at networking, lead generation, customer experience, product presentation, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue goals
• Develop strategic sales plans and achieve/exceed targets
• Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients
• Present and demonstrate a wide range of company products and services
• Compile and deliver tailored sales proposals and conduct negotiations
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all relevant documentation and CRM entries
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of client solutions
• Stay current with industry and technology trends through market research and training
• Attend and support company-hosted customer events and functions
• Client site visits and direct engagement
• Managing customer relationships
• Daily sales administration
• Report compilation and validation
• Supporting interdepartmental collaboration
• Handling customer queries and complaints

Requirements:

• Matric certificate (compulsory)
• Minimum of 4 years of proven success in a similar sales/business development role
• 2-3 years' experience in any of the following industries:

• Office Automation
• Software
• Access Control
• Alternative Energy
• CCTV
• PBX
• ICT
• Voice and Data
• Fully computer literate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Presentable and professional
• Confident negotiator with strong planning and presentation skills
• Self-driven, motivated, and a collaborative team player
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport (non-negotiable)
• Own mobile phone
