one senior operator

who can be trusted to manage a London portfolio properly, calmly, and with limited supervision.

This role exists because the business has

Who this is for

You are:

ARPM-qualified

ordemonstrably operating at

IRPM Level 4 standard

Experienced in

residential block / sectional title / body corporate management

Comfortable dealing directly with

directors, leaseholders, and contractors

Exceptionally clear in

written and spoken English

Structured, decisive, and reliable under pressure
You want exposure to

London-grade property management

, not provincial admin.
You are not learning the fundamentals. You are refining them.

The role

You will

own

a portfolio of

London residential blocks

.

That means:

End-to-end portfolio management Service charge administration and contractor instruction Oversight of statutory and compliance matters Direct email and phone communication with London-based clients Maintaining

tight records, clean follow-through, and audit-ready files

London portfolios demand judgement, clarity, and pace.
This is

portfolio ownership

, not task-based admin.
