A travel company based in Cape Town is looking for a Groups Consultant to join their team ROLE: To organize travel arrangements from start to finish, specifically dealing with quoting, bookings and invoicing of travel products, working closely with the Production Consultant and liaising with clients REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 Groups experience Tourplan knowledge advantageous. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: An understanding of word, excel and basic computer network systems Strong computer literacy Attention to detail and organised Ability to work under pressure Team player xe2x80x93 working with others independently to attain both individual and team objectives Effective written communications skills / Good spelling and grammar skills Numeracy Time management skills Ability to multi-task
