Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver personalised, luxury travel itineraries across the Indian Sub-continent
Convert warm sales leads through tailored communication (email, phone, video calls)
Present bespoke itineraries with precision and attention to detail
Deliver outstanding client service at every stage of the journey
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and follow key industry developments
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless experiences
Manage your own client portfolio with a focus on relationship-building and retention
Skills & Experience Essential
3+ years' experience in a tailor-made travel consultancy role
In-depth, first-hand knowledge of India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bhutan
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value itineraries
Proven track record of meeting sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction
Exceptional communication skills across all formats
Strong administrative skills and advanced IT literacy
Highly organised and confident in managing multiple priorities independently
Desired
Experience with GDS and flight reservation systems
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
