This role focuses on crafting bespoke and deeply personal journeys across Africa for an international, high-net-worth client base. The position blends creativity, exceptional service and strong operational ability. It suits someone who genuinely loves designing life-changing travel experiences and enjoys building long-term relationships with returning guests. ? What is required o Minimum 5 years in luxury travel, safari planning or bespoke itinerary design o Strong destination knowledge across Southern and East Africa o Experience working with high-end or boutique travel clients o Ability to create and cost complex itineraries with precision o Outstanding communication and client care skills o Confident with CRM systems, itinerary builders and Microsoft Office o Valid passport and driver's licence o Stable home internet connection o Based in Cape Town and happy with hybrid work structure ? About the role You will be designing tailor-made journeys, liaising with trusted suppliers, guiding guests from enquiry to post-travel follow up and ensuring every detail feels personal and memorable.
