Key Responsibilities:

• Curate bespoke itineraries across Africa with attention to detail, authenticity, and refinement ??

• Deliver a relationship-led service to high-net-worth clients, building loyalty and trust

/p
p

• Oversee flawless execution of every journey, from first conversation to post-travel follow-up

/p
p

• Balance creativity, experience, and budget to craft unforgettable experiences ?

/p
p

• Cultivate strong partnerships with lodges, guides, and service providers

/p
p
Essential Experience & Skills:
/p
p

• Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury travel, safari planning, or high-end client service

/p
p

• Deep knowledge of African destinations, particularly Southern and East Africa ?

/p
p

• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients

/p
p

• Outstanding communication and hospitality skills

/p
p

• Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho or similar), itinerary builders (e.g. WETU, Safari Portal), and Microsoft Office

/p
p

• Valid passport and driver's licence

/p
p

• Reliable internet connection for hybrid working ?

/p
p
Working Arrangements & Package:

• Hybrid role with one day per week in the Cape Town office
