? What you'll do:

? Curate unique, highly personalised itineraries across Africa
/p
p
? Deliver a relationship-led service to high-net-worth clients
/p
p
? Ensure flawless execution from first contact to post-travel follow-up
/p
p
? Balance creativity, experience & budget to create unforgettable travel moments
/p
p
? Build partnerships with top lodges, guides & service providers
/p
p
? We're looking for someone with:
/p
p
? 5+ years' experience in luxury travel, safari planning, or high-end client service
/p
p
? Deep knowledge of African destinations, especially Southern & East Africa
/p
p
? Proven ability to engage & retain high-net-worth clients
/p
p
? Strong communication & interpersonal skills
/p
p
? Proficiency in CRM (Zoho), itinerary builders (WETU, Safari Portal), and Microsoft Office
/p
p
? Valid passport & driver's license
/p
p
? Hybrid role - 1 day/week in Cape Town office
/p
