Duties:

Secure, cost and present product to the agent / guest accurately, efficiently and timeously by creating inspirational

luxury travel itineraries

Build relationships with agents based on trust and support, knowing their business trends and guests needs

Attending relevant familiarization trips with agents

Liaise with the

Reservations Manager
/span
/strong
span style="color:black;"
on sales potential and any development on the agent relationship for all bookings.

Continuous communication and excellent service delivery to agents

Keep Agents' booking information updated in the ARM

Send out quotes: accurately and timeously keeping in mind strategic and preferred AP and upsell where possible to benefit both the company and the agent

Ensuring relevant information is obtained from the ARM prior to quoting.

Streamline operational negotiations by reducing dead beds, waitlist chasing and maximizing camp operations

Create those life-changing journeys for guests.

Keep apprised of company policies, procedures and system updates.

Requirements:

Matric certificate - with maths (minimum standard grade or above)

Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality.

At least 4-5 years' experience in INBOUND Travel at a Senior level with excellent knowledge of Southern & East Africa (Rwanda, Tanzania & Kenya).

Experience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting product and services in the inbound travel industry.
/span
/p
p

Personal or educational travel experience required.
/span

Proven English literacy.

Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, email, Internet)

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral, in English.
