Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must hold:

• a National Diploma in Medical Technology (Clinical Pathology)
• registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Technologist in Clinical Pathology is essential.

We are seeking candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience working as a Medical Technologist within a pathology setting. This experience reflects your ability to navigate complex laboratory processes, mentor others, and contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence. Your background positions you to take on supervisory responsibilities and support the development of others, aligning with our commitment to focused learning and succession planning.
Skills Requirements
To succeed in this role, you need to be confident in using computer technology to manage data and streamline workflows. Strong communication skills - including the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English - are essential for collaboration and client interaction.
