POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technician to join our team in Kathu, Northern Cape. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex telecommunications infrastructure and equipment. You will provide both standard and advanced customer service solutions, including system validation, planned and corrective maintenance, and optimization of system performance.
This position also supports sales activities by ensuring high-quality service delivery and technical expertise across all products supported or distributed by the organization. What youaEUR(TM)ll do:

• Supervise resources to deliver the services as required by SLAaEUR(TM)s.
• Supervise the compliance of health and safety regulations in the region.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Supervise of Vendors and 3rd party service providers performing duties under contract in relevant area of Business.
• Build, maintain and improve client relationships.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Enforcing quality standards.
• Office administration - Collaboration with onsite teams.
• Ensure employee compliance to all company policies. - leave, claims, petrol cards,

, and company asset usage and more. * Supervise all relevant inspections and compliance is done.
Your expertise:

• Function related experience: 5 years
• Leading teams: 5 years
• Project experience: 5 years
• Other experience:
• 5 years in Industrial Communication experience non negotiable
• 5 years in Health and Safety
• 5 years in installing and maintain Solar and Battery backup systems
• 5 years in IT (Microsoft Office 365 and basic network configuration)
• 5 years relevant operational and management experience in business and IT Service Management

Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate
• National Certificate or equivalent
• Network related courses: A A+, N+ CCNA
• Qualifications preferred:

• Network related courses: A A+, N+ CCNA
• Good understanding of wireless and digital radio terminology, underlying design and best practices.
