The employees primary function is the maintenance of equipment at the companys production facility and customer sites in line with the companys Health and Safety protocols. This will include but not limited to performing the day-to-day activities and all aspects that are required in the maintenance department. The job scope will include project work for new customer sites.Planning and Administration-Ensure all control documents are completed and submitted timeously.
-Daily submission of job cards and vehicle inspections.
-Weekly submission of time sheets.
-Customers sign off of completed site work (emergencies and routine maintenance).Service and Maintenance-Installation, fault finding and maintenance on mechanical equipment such as
-Regulators
-Heat exchangers
-Actuated ball valves
-Non return valves
-Hydraulic hoses
-Couplings and drive gear
-Flow meters
-Safety valves
-Pumps
-Compressors
-Gas generatorsInstallation, fault finding and maintenance on electrical systems and infrastructure such as
-Alternators
-Motors, single-phase and three-phase
