Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians in day-to-day operations.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of plant equipment & machinery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service history.
- Provide technical support to team members and assist in training new technicians.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to enhance technical expertise.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and assist in developing best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electrical/electronic is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Senior Technician or similar role.
- Proficient in [specific skills or technologies, e.g., electrical systems, mechanical repairs, software troubleshooting, etc.].
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Basic and intermediate training on Allen-Bradley or Mitsubishi.
