As a Senior Technician in Clinical Pathology, you are a vital part of the laboratory team, ensuring that specimens are processed with precision and care. Role Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must hold:

• a National Certificate in Medical Technology (Clinical Pathology)
• be registered with the HPCSA as a Medical Technician in Clinical Pathology.

These qualifications ensure that you are equipped with the technical knowledge and professional accreditation to perform confidently in a specialised laboratory setting. We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience working as a Medical Technician in a pathology environment. This experience provides the practical foundation needed to manage complex workflows and support your colleagues effectively.
Skills Requirements
This role requires a balanced mix of technical and interpersonal skills. You must be able to communicate fluently in English and/or Afrikaans, perform basic numerical calculations, and use computer systems to support laboratory operations. Your ability to stay organised, solve problems, and work collaboratively will help you thrive in a high-performance culture that encourages growth and accountability.
