Senior Technical Assistant - Cape Town
The TES employee(s) will be responsible for the following function / work:
1. Co-ordinate follow up technical discussions with incident.
2. Assist the TOC supervisor on call escalations. Call taking from key authorised users or clients.
3. Assist with procurement tasks and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
4. Adhoc requests for reports.
5.Keep track of records and document management.
6. Assist with projects where needed.
The TES employee(s) must meet the following requirements:
Qualification: Grade 12
Experience: 2 years relevant experience
Other skills /requirements (Specify)
1. Valid driver's licence with own vehicle.
2.Experience working in a technical operations environment
3.Good communication skills etiquette
4. Good organisational skills
