Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst with 3-4 years of Tier 3 systems engineering experience to join our enterprise infrastructure team. This position requires deep technical expertise across Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure (non-negotiable), with strong hands-on experience in virtualization, storage, networking, and system administration. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining critical infrastructure systems that drive operational efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Tier 3 technical support and advanced troubleshooting for enterprise infrastructure.
Design, implement, and manage solutions across Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure environments.
Administer and optimize Windows Server environments.
Manage and maintain Dell storage and backup systems.
Oversee and support VMware virtualization infrastructure.
Administer and maintain Cisco UCS server platforms.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routing, switching, and SD-WAN solutions.
Manage and support Mimecast email security and archiving systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to assess requirements and deliver scalable, secure solutions.
Document system architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Contribute to infrastructure planning, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
Experience & Skills
3-4 years of experience in Systems Engineering at a Tier 3 level.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure (essential).
Strong experience with Dell storage and backup technologies.
Proficiency in Windows Server administration and optimization.
Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization.
Solid understanding of Cisco UCS and enterprise hardware environments.
Skilled in Cisco routing, switching, and SD-WAN technologies.
Experience managing Mimecast email security platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business teams.
Qualifications
Matric and relevant industry certifications, such as:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect
AWS Solutions Architect
Cisco CCNP
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
Proven experience working in enterprise-scale IT environments.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management tools.
