DUR002045 SENIOR STRUCTURAL SITE AGENT - DURBAN
An opportunity has become available for a Senior Structural Site Agent
Purpose of the job:
To coordinate & control the daily output of the construction team to ensure efficacy & timeous delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum National Diploma/ BTech Civil Engineering or Pr Eng qualifications
- Registration as a Pr CM with SACPCMP is essential
- Minimum of 12 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a Structural Site Agent. Registration as a Pr CM with SACPCMP is essential
- Must be able to run a site independently with a project value of R500 xe2x80x93 R800 million, reporting to Construction Manager.
- Must be able to resolve high level technical issues, relating to the stressing & launching of structure.
- Liaise with the Resident Engineer on technical matters.
- Manage specialized sub-contractors.
- Understand/ contribute and implement the quality assurance plan.
- Good knowledge of site administration matters.
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Financial acumen and a full understanding of cost and allowable.
- Communicate/ Collaborate with other Site Agent.
- Analytical thinking and attention detail
