:
- Lead and coordinate a structural engineering team through all phases of project delivery
- Develop innovative, compliant structural designs for major building and infrastructure projects
- Conduct and review structural analysis and modelling using ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and Excel
- Identify potential design risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Provide expert technical support to clients, design teams, and project stakeholders
- Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality and safety
- Mentor and develop junior engineers to build strong technical capability across the team
- Assist with site-related engineering issues and ensure seamless design implementation
- Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in structural engineering, ideally on large or complex projects
- Sound knowledge of international standards including ACI, AISC, ASCE
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical design abilities
- Confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Effective leader with strong project management and coordination experience
BEng / BSc / BTech in Civil (Structural) Engineering
Master's in Structural Engineering - preferred
PR Eng registration
