To lead, manage and deliver an integrated end-to-end Third Party Risk management Framework, policies, standards, templates & tools, across the Standard Bank Group to ensure alignment to leading practices and adhere to all relevant Standard Bank policies & regulatory requirements. To provide industry expertise and subject matter expertise relating to Third Party Risk management practices to achieve a standardised approach to proactively managing third party risk across the Standard Bank Group.



Qualifications

Degree in Legal or Commerce Degree

Certified Third-Party Risk Professional

Preferred:

Post Graduate Degree in Risk Management

Preferred:

MBA or Masters Degree in Risk Management

Experience required:

8-10 years Deep specialist experience in risk management is essential,

Expertise in determining risk appetite for the Bank and provide specialist advice to senior and executive leaders across the financial services organisation.

5-7 years proven track record in management of supplier or third party risk.

1-2 years AI and Automation fluency- leveraging AI tools and APIs to automate and streamline processes.

Knowledge and experience in third party risk platforms as well as exposure to Artificial Intelligence incorporated in the risk management.
