Job Summary
As a Senior Specialist - Product Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing product strategies, translating insights into scalable credit solutions, and supporting the delivery of high-impact initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.

Role Purpose / Business Unit Context:
The Credit Innovation team drives the development and commercialization of innovative credit solutions across the consumer retail credit value chain. This includes designing differentiated customer journeys, optimizing lending products across market segments, and embedding innovation into credit lifecycle processes.
As a Senior Specialist - Product Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing product strategies, translating insights into scalable credit solutions, and supporting the delivery of high-impact initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & ExecutionSupport the development and refinement of product strategies aligned to Credit Innovation objectives. Translate strategic goals into actionable product development plans and roadmaps. Contribute to the definition of product KPIs and success metrics.

Innovation & Market InsightConduct market scans, competitor benchmarking, and customer research to identify opportunities for innovation. Collaborate with design, analytics, and technology teams to prototype and test new credit propositions. Monitor emerging trends in credit, fintech, and customer behavior to inform product evolution.

Product Development & Lifecycle ManagementLead the end-to-end development of credit products, from concept to launch. Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery within Agile frameworks. Support release planning, testing, and post-launch performance tracking.

Stakeholder Engagement & CollaborationPartner with internal teams (Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations) to ensure seamless product delivery. Act as a subject matter expert in credit innovation, providing input into strategic forums and working groups. Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders to refine product concepts.

Risk, Compliance & GovernanceEnsure all product developments adhere to regulatory and risk management standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks in product design and implementation.

Reporting & InsightsTrack product performance and customer adoption using analytics and reporting tools. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
