Senior Specialist: Human Settlements

Job Description
The primary objective of the role is to capacitate the human settlements portfolio as the company continue to promote a conducive environment that enables the banks to provide competitive, sustainable, as well as customer-centric financial services and products with regard to human settlements.
- Completed an Honours/equivalent and or be working towards completing a Masters Degree in Urban Planning or related, MBA, Property Studies or Real Estate.
- Have a working knowledge of the building environment, particularly human settlements, property, and real estate.
- Have a working knowledge of the law, the political dynamic, socio-political imperatives, and regulatory issues impacting property finance, affordable housing and property valuations will be an advantage.
- Have a good understanding of the financial sector regulations and an appreciation of the political and social context of regulatory issues.
