Job Summary
We are seeking a senior-level ESD Data Analyst to support the strategic embedding of transformation and ESG initiatives across the Group. This role is pivotal in translating data into strategic value, enabling informed decision-making, and driving sustainable impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Insight & Value Creation
Lead the conversion of complex data into high-impact insights that inform business strategy, transformation priorities, and ESG outcomes.
ESG Data Solution Rollout
Spearhead the design and implementation of ESG data solutions that support regulatory alignment, sustainability reporting, and long-term value creation.
Performance Monitoring & Strategic Alignment
Develop and refine performance models and metrics that align with Group strategy and transformation goals. Ensure continuous monitoring and feedback loops to support agile decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
Collaborate with business units and Group Strategy to embed data-driven thinking into transformation efforts. Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring data supports both operational and reputational objectives.
Quality Assurance & Governance
Maintain high standards of data integrity and reporting quality. Provide oversight and assurance across all strategic data outputs.


Education
