Job Summary ? Senior Sous Chef - Luxury Safari Lodge ? Madikwe ? R12,000 - R28,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) ? Live in Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join a luxury safari lodge in Madikwe. This is a hands-on, leadership role for someone with a passion for fine dining and exceptional guest experiences in a high-end lodge environment. ? Requirements o Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a luxury lodge, hotel, or high-end restaurant o Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills o Exceptional culinary skills with meticulous attention to detail and presentation o Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices o Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays o Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences This is an exciting opportunity to work in a beautiful safari setting, leading a professional kitchen team and creating memorable culinary experiences for discerning guests.
