Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:
- Lead and execute manual and automated testing across multiple software applications.
- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for complex systems.
- Identify, document, and report defects with actionable feedback to development teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Drive improvements in QA processes, test automation frameworks, and testing tools.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (BSc or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-6+ years in software testing, including manual, automation, and functional testing.
- Experience in logistics, retail, or supply chain software testing is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum environments, and software development lifecycle.
- Practical experience with Selenium, Jira, TestRail, and CI/CD tools.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Methodical, structured, and detail-oriented approach to testing and issue tracking.
- Committed to high-quality standards and adherence to testing protocols.
- Proactive in improving QA processes and mentoring junior testers.
