- Solid exposure to TypeScript, NodeJS, NestJS -- but culture fit and raw problem-solving matter more than specific tech
- You've done time in consumer internet, fintech, or global tech firms -- and you've got the scars (or badges) to show for it
- You treat GitHub like a second brain -- show us what you've built
- Bonus points if you bring a touch of entrepreneurial spirit to the team
