Join a Growing Logistics Tech Team - Senior Software Developer
Are you ready to make a real impact in a fast-moving industry? Our client, a leader in the logistics space, is looking for a Senior Software Developer to help shape the future of their core logistics platform as they scale for international expansion.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll collaborate with experienced product and engineering leads, influence architectural decisions, and guide mid-level developers.
Whether your backend-focused or full stack, your technical expertise and proactive mindset will drive the development of scalable, distributed systems built for global reach.
As the platform evolves to support multi-tenant international deployments and complex integrations, you'll be at the centre of solving real-world challenges with cutting-edge solutions.
If you're passionate about clean code, building for scale, and owning meaningful features from concept to production -- this role is for you.
What you will do:

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• (Optional) Contribute to the frontend stack using React and React native where applicable.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and tech leads to shape and scope features.
• Lead by example through clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
• Guide and mentor mid-level developers in best practices and technical direction.
• Help improve the architecture, performance, and DevOps practices.
• Contribute to sprint planning and Agile delivery processes.

Tech Stack:

• Backend: Java Spring Boot (GCP) & Serverless (AWS)
• Frontend: ReactJS
• Mobile: React Native
• Multicloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• DevOps: GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• (Bonus) Solid experience with React or modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, and API design.
• Experience working in Agile product teams.
• Solid mentorship and technical leadership skills.
• Solid GCP and/or AWS experience.
