Skills & Experience:
Proven technical experience with C#, .NET, SQL, Visual Studio, Web & Mobile Development (MVC, Xamarin, .NET MAUI)
Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, Git, and SSRS
Minimim 3+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity -- you know how to bring out Oscar-worthy performances in your team
Excellent planning, organization, and people management skills
Confident decision-maker with an eye for quality and a passion for guiding others toward greatness
Qualification:
Relevant IT degree or diploma.
