We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Agent to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, extensive knowledge of construction management as well as proven experience handling large-scale, multi-level (4+ levels) projects. Reporting to the Contracts Director, the Senior Site Agent will be responsible for overseeing high-value developments from inception to final handover.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read architectural building plans and allocate project timelines, ensuring seamless execution of all construction phases.
• Manage project time planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Oversee material procurement and plant management.
• Enforce strict quality control and assurance measures.
• Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.
• Control project costs and budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
• Lead and coordinate site personnel, including foremen and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations are up to date.
• Effectively communicate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications And Skills Requirements:

• BTech in Building Construction (BSc in Construction Management preferred).
• At least 6 years of construction management experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Agent.
• Expertise in large-scale, multi-level (minimum 4 levels) upmarket projects.
• Proven ability to manage construction teams, including senior foremen, foremen, and laborers.
• Strong proficiency in construction scheduling software (e.g., Candy, MS Projects) to develop and manage project timelines.
• High attention to detail, ensuring projects align with luxury high-end sector standards.
• Stable career history with a track record of successful project completion.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated, diligent, and accountable.
